Initiating and pursuing the work of personal growth is challenging. Psychotherapy is an intimate process that offers an opportunity to look at what troubles you through a shared experience. I can help you identify the sources of your suffering, making it possible to overcome that suffering. A deeper, more satisfied experience with yourself is the attainable goal of the work. With a commitment towards your own emotional growth, and with ongoing support, the experience that comes out of psychotherapy leads to better communication in relationships, expansion and deepening of your emotional understanding, and ultimately improvement in your self-confidence.
Typically, I meet with individual patients one to two times per week for 50 minutes. An ongoing weekly relationship is essential to deepening the therapeutic conversation and creating fertile ground for lasting change.
